“Stayed here twice in two different weeks. The people are very polite, prompt, helpful; the room is not new but EVERYTHING was clean. Not fancy but good for the budget. Traveled alone and felt safe. Recommend.”
“I have to say this place was great, manager is so friendly, let me see the room first as we had a not so pleasant experience at another place night before. Our room was clean clean clean. Quiet, my dogs did great! Breakfast was good the cute little pancake machine did great, fresh coffee. Will definitely stay again. Even gave a housekeeping tip was so happy.”
“We stayed one night at Rodeway Inn in Tucumcari, NM during our cross-country road trip, and it was easily the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed at so far. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the pillows made for a great night’s sleep. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. We also appreciated the affordable pet fee of just $12 per pet, which is one of the cheapest we’ve found while traveling with our two dogs. We signed up for the free Choice Hotels membership online when booking and were able to get a special rate of $59.40 for a non-smoking room with two queen beds. After taxes, the room came to about $67, and with our two pet fees, the total was only $91 for the night. Honestly, this hotel was so much better than any of the Super 8s we’ve stayed at on this trip. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, pet-friendly, and inexpensive place to stay in Tucumcari, we highly recommend Rodeway Inn!”
“Really enjoyed our stay here. The owners are a super nice young couple and were incredibly helpful. We needed to print some documents urgently and they helped us right away, no hesitation at all, and also gave us a lot of useful info. After we had already checked out, we thought we might have left our sunglasses in the room. We went back and they were more than happy to help and even gave us the room key to check again. The room was warm and comfortable, parking right by the door made loading and unloading super easy, and the whole checkin/checkout process was smooth and stress free. Would definitely recommend staying here!”
“Imagine spending 2+ hours stuck in traffic on I-40, and you're not getting in to your hotel until nearly midnight. I was so grateful that there was a 24 hour front desk attendant, that the room was nice and clean and spacious, that the room was just about $60 for the few hours we ended up needing it overnight, and the breakfast was just right for an early morning wake up. Close to all of the local sites on Route 66. Thank you for a good stay!”
“From our initial call to find out if they could accommodate our cat (believe it or not, not many places allow cats) to our check-in, the service was awesome! The room was very clean and happy to see no carpeting (vinyl laminate) Comfortable king size bed with nice fluffy pillows. Very reasonable rates for room and pet fee ($12) So happy we found this place and will definitely return.”
